Refund and Return Policies


Commission works are non-refundable, as our candles are one of a kind and custom-made for our clients.

As our candles are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled three (3) days after the order is placed.

If you are returning items valued at over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returns.

Please note that in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us directly at [email protected]. Once we receive your returned item, we will also notify you of your refund status.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours.


If you need to return an order, we will be happy to help. We always aim to ensure our customers love our products. If you have received an incorrect item, you must report it within 3 days and return the incorrect item to us within 7 days upon receipt.

Our policy is valid for 14 days. As of the 15th day upon receipt of the product, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, reason for the return and a picture of the product. We will respond by sending you our return shipping instructions. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund status. We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or returned packages.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, there is no return or refund available.


Our promotions and sales are limited in nature, so we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders placed during promotional periods. We will still offer our delivery guarantee and support to all of our customers.
